Our cocktail menu follows the same philosophy Milan’s golden age.
Each drink is composed like an architectural drawing: structure first, emotion second.
Italian spirits form the framework, using gin, vermouth, amaro, aperitivi, layered with seasonal botanicals such as bergamot, blood orange, rosemary, fig, basil, and artichoke. We use modern craft techniques including clarifications, infusions, cordials, and sous-vide extractions carefully to preserve the purity of flavor and silhouette.

Ottagono 1956 reinterprets the Negroni through balance, structure, and precision. Amalfi lemon-infused Campari and cask-rested vermouth bring clarity, bitterness, and depth into a composed, architectural drink.
