CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Once the payment is made using the payment gateway, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 1 hour of receipt of payment.
- Once the order is confirmed by our team by email, the order cannot be cancelled.
- We will refund the amount paid if the wrong food was delivered by our restaurant
- Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
